Golden Floof Shipping Policy
Weâre a print-on-demand store which means each item is made just for you (and inspired by your love of golden retrievers) when you place an order.
Because all items are made-to-order:
Orders typically take 2â7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Youâll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
We currently offer:
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts) within the United States.
Orders under this threshold may incur a shipping fee, calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping options and rates, if available, will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States: Typically 3â8 business days
International (if available): Delivery times vary by location and carrier
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Carriers may experience delays beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).
Once your order has shipped, youâll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your Golden Floof goodies as they make their way to you.
If you have questions about your shipment, please respond to the Golden Floof Customer Service email addressed from customer@trackorder.site and include your order number.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible by replying to the Golden Floof Customer Service email from customer@trackorder.site.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs may be the customer's responsibility.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you havenât received it:
Check with household members and neighbors.
Verify the shipping address on your order.
Wait 1â2 business days in case of carrier scans and delays.

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Weâll work with our printers to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate according to our Return Policy.
For international orders (if available), customs fees, duties, and taxes may be charged by your countryâs customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
