Golden Floof Return Policy
At Golden Floof, every item is made-to-order just for you and inspired by the joy our floofy friends bring into the world. We want you to be wagging-your-tail happy with your purchase, and weâre here to help if something isnât right.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:
Unworn or unused
With tags (if applicable)
In its original packaging
With a receipt or proof of purchase
To begin a return, please respond to the Golden Floof Customer Service follow-up email (customer@trackorder.site)Â Â to request your return, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted
Because Golden Floof uses print-on-demand for order fulfillment, all approved returns will be sent to the return address provided directly by customer service during the return process. They'll share the correct return address once your return request is approved.
Important: Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving the customer service return address will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if:
The item is defective
The item is damaged
You received the wrong item
There is a printing or quality issue
We will evaluate the issue and work with Printify to make it right as soon as possible.
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Change of mind / buyerâs remorse
Additional non-returnable items include:
Personalized/custom items
Sale items
Gift cards
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Certain personal care products

Because each product is printed on demand, the fastest way to get the item you want is to:
Request a return for your current item (if eligible), and
Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item youâd like.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted, weâll happily replace it at no cost to you once we verify the issue.
Weâll notify you once weâve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
Youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still havenât received it, please respond to the Golden Floof email from customer@trackorder.site so we can follow up.
